The Caravan Rating course at Kenya School of Flying is designed to give pilots real hands-on experience in one of the most versatile and widely used aircraft in the region. Training is conducted from the left seat under the guidance of an approved and qualified Caravan flight instructor, ensuring professional standards and practical exposure.
Our structured four-week program includes:
1 week of Ground School covering aircraft systems, performance, and operations
Multi-Crew Training to prepare you for professional charter and airline environments
Flight Training that immerses you in real-world scenarios for skill development
Upon successful completion of the rating, pilots will have the opportunity to fly as First Officers (FO) with our sister company, Aeronav Charters, where they can build valuable hours and gain industry experience.
Requirements for Caravan Rating
- A valid Multi-Engine IR or Single-Engine IR
- A valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
